Our Team

As a team of multi-talented creatives, we’ve got you covered when it comes to finding the best way of getting your message across.

Ross Addy

Director

One of our two directors, Ross oversees all our projects. He also heads up our video production services and is never happier than with a camera or drone controller in his hands. He’s always got an eye on how the latest technology can be employed creatively and imaginatively to help find fresh perspectives. Ross loves a laugh yet always remains focused and committed to getting the job done. His attention to detail is truly inspiring, and he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is absolutely perfect before signing off. Ross really doesn’t settle for second best (even if he does support Hibernian FC).

Bartosz Liszka

Director

Our other director is Bartosz. He leads the graphic design and animation side of the business. Bartosz was a successful freelance designer for over 15 years before co-founding A&L. A creative through and through, he's also a DJ, producer and promoter. Check out his podcast, Ciarki. At the heart of Bartosz’s approach is the ethos of simplification. He knows clarity is the secret to keeping your brand on message, and he’ll help you draw out the nuances to connect with your audience. Get into a typeface/font conversation with him at your peril. It’s sure to run on for a wee while.

Harris Redpath

Editor

Harris studied for a degree in film at Edinburgh Napier University, where he specialised in editing. Since graduating, he's gone on to work with a number of renowned Scottish production companies including Bloc Collective, Studio Something, and BBC. As well as his editing work, Harris has also been working hard on developing his motion design and animation skills. Away from the screen, well...Harris spends more time in front of screens, both big and small! He's an avid cinephile, regularly updating his Instagram's Now Playing post and offering his own characteristically penetrating reviews.

Tommy Slack

Photographer

Photography and video production are in Tommy’s DNA. He has one of the best pairs of eyes in the business. And he’s got the awards and accolades to prove it. In 2015, he bagged his first front cover for Visit Scotland magazine. Tommy has worked with an enviable list of clients across Europe and the USA. He’s shot countless videos and photographed iconic musicians including Ben E. King, Peter Green, Big Daddy Kane, and Wu-Tang. Tommy always sees things with fresh eyes puts in the effort to get shots that speak for themselves. One of his clients, Cannamigo, even named a strain of CBD after him – The Flying Scotsman.
